NO BUDGET TO UPGRADE THE PHONE SYSTEM? SAVE ON LINES COSTS!
It is understandable in today’s economy that many small business owners may not be able to take the leap of purchasing a new phone system. The two main reasons are costs but sometimes it can be because of disruption as well.
No need to scrap the old system if all you want to do is try and save some money on the line costs. If you are currently paying for at least 6 to 8 business phone lines, we can often save you between $1200 and $2400 per year on the lines alone.
You may also be paying additional fees for feature services on each of those lines, all of which come at no additional cost when you convert to our VoIP services. Our services are typically at a flat rate, including generous long distance minutes. If you are a very heavy long distance user, we can work out a plan that fits your usage so that you no longer have to fear that unknown monthly bill.
UPGRADING IS CHEAPER THAN YOU MIGHT THINK
Depending on your needs, you can buy a fully loaded replacement system for under $1000.00 including phones. In fact, the most common systems that we sell range from $300.00 to $700.00 for the main system and on average, $80.00 to $200.00 per phone depending on your requirements. While you can spend more on executive phones, you can get nicely featured phones for as little as under $100.00 as well.
Also, forget about voice mail and other features being extra, you get all of today’s modern features included at no extra costs. Plus, we introduce new features as they are developed and tested then passed on to our customers.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET GOING?
Many companies are making the move to VoIP due to it’s reliability and cost savings.
All that you need is a reliable Internet connection and to keep one analog phone line for emergencies and you are set to go. VoIP is very dependent on a reliable connection which doesn’t disconnect from the Internet. If you are not currently using VoIP with your connection, it is possible that you will not know about short drops which could be occurring as your provider will not tell you about these. Generally speaking, when we install our hardware, we allow for a test period to ensure that your provider is stable and if not, we provide you with the information you need in order to contact them and have them fix their services.
In the Twin cities, we also have a preferred provider which we suggest.
If you would like to know more, please contact us. Have your phone system name/model handy, number of lines being used along with a recent phone bill which you could fax us so that we can determine the savings which may be possible for your usage.
ONE FINAL ITEM TO CONSIDER
In most cases, local companies develop, build and offer cutting edge services long before big national companies catch up to take over that market by practically giving away their services. Eventually, the smaller companies are swallowed up and there are no choices left but a handful of nationals.
Please consider buying your services from a smaller local company and in turn, you will be helping the local economy by creating opportunities which will come back to you.
